The Dorman High School Cavaliers are a diverse and goal oriented group of students and faculty dedicated to education, character development and raising social consciousness. The statistics that describe us are as follows:
The school's current enrollment of 2276 students includes 1091 females and 1185 males.
Dorman athletics includes 20 varsity, 14 junior varsity and 3 ninth grade teams including football, basketball, cheerleading, cross country, golf, soccer, swimming, tennis, volleyball, and wrestling.
The diversity of our student population is reflected in the sixty student clubs and/or performing groups sponsored by Dorman High School. Clubs include National Honor Society and National Beta Club. In addition, our clubs encourage students with similar interests to develop activities that will be enriching: 4 academic teams, 7 career-oriented clubs, 14 performing groups, 10 special interest clubs and an Army JROTC Program.
